Q: Why is it best to pre-book? A: Pre-booking allows us to schedule our rota to ensure the best possible service, also, by pre-booking you are guaranteeing your space at peak season times.
Q: How and when do I pay? A: Payment can be made either by cash or credit card at the commencement of the contracted period. Q: How do I find your facility? A: If you look at the location page it provides written directions and a map. Q: How do I get to the airport? A: Once the contract formalities have been completed, we will transfer you immediately to the airport in one of our courtesy vehicles. Q: What happens if I must extend my contracted period? A: Extensions to contracts are to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of contract end date either by Email or phone. Q: Can I park my car at one airport and return to the other airport?
A: Yes. Plane parking will transfer your vehicle to the airport of your choice. Q: Is there a charge for this transfer?
A: Yes, for short term clients and one airport contract clients the charge is 30€, this service is included in our dual airport contracts.
Q: How much notice do I have to give to transfer my vehicle?
A: 72 hours notice is required. Q: Can I drop my car at one airport and Plane parking transfer it the same day?
